Bloggers from Islamabad...lets protest against ban of blogspot in front of parliament house (attn:shirazi, Dr. Awab)

We all are very much annoyed on the fact that blogspot does not open here. lets organize ourselves and arrange a peaceful protest in front of parliament house registering our concerns in the press as well. This is totally unfair and against personal freedom. I will request experianced bloggers like shirazi, Dr. Awab Alavi, mqaisar, adnan siddiqi etc. to support us in this cause. this would also be the first step of unifying the blogger community of Pakistan.......lets arrange it for the next weekend. WHAT DO U PPL SAY. please comment.

i am back

after a lapse of seven days i am happy to blog again. i had a terrible blow of stomach infction. It feels all new when you regain health. Evrything looks so great and everything sounds so sweet.

but the sad thing is that we cant access xyz.BLOGSPOT.com... this is totally bullshit from the govt. ahhh..........freedom of speech........ can't we protest in front of parliament house or somewhere aroud that place. ALL BLOGGERS FROM ISLAMABAD lets make a plan and execute this. Atleast authorities and people should get notice of this thing.

Pakistan plans world's largest mobile WiMax rollout

Wateen Telecom, a subsidiary of Warid Telecom, and Motorola have signed the contract worth US$ 60 million for the deployment of Wi-max networks in the length and breadth of Pakistan. After the implementation of the project, Pakistan will become the first country in the world to have 802.16e Wi-Max technology for Wireless local loop application serving residential and corporate customers for data and voice alike at unprecedented data rates.

In a statement, the minister said the contract reflects on Pakistan’s improved image in the world as one of the serious and high-growth markets of the world, ahead of anyone else including India. "It is encouraging to note that this is the first ever commercial contract for nationwide Wi-max deployment in the world making it a historical milestone for Pakistan’s ICT sector," he said.
